Chrome os Version 21: My First impression

My first impression is that it is faster and scrolling has improved. I also like the new app drawer and the feature to search from the app drawer. if your wondering this is what it looks like. They also changed the status area menu when it pops up as well, and this is what it looks like. overall this is a great update and I will update you when there is more news!

This is what Aura looks Like!

If you haven't seen any photos of the aura desktop in chrome os, here is some. It just got a face lift, and it looks awesome. But I wish that I didn't wait until release 20 to get the new window manager. It is boring all cr 48's get is security updates for version 18. I wish they would have kept cr 48 on the list to receive version 19 of chrome os so that us pilots on cr 48 could test it.

Beta Channel for Chrome on Windows, Mac, and Linux has been Updated!

The beta channel for chrome on PC, mac, and linux has been updated to version 16. We might see Chrome os 16 hit beta channel some time in the next month or so. With this there will be speed improvements and other neat new features. So stay tuned and be sure to check Google's Chrome releases blog to find out about new chromebook updates.
