With the latest update to chrome os, version 0.10.156.46, google updated flash to v.10.2. This update to the flash player helps alot in loading flash content. With this update videos seem to run smoother and also videos can now run smoothly in 720p. The big difference is that it runs smoother than flash 10.1. So in the long run the flash player is way better now.
